Weekly Training May 18

After a great weekend of racing its time to get back to the training!
Monday- Swim Dungannon pool 6pm-7
Wednesday-Run at Gortgonis track 6:15
Thursday – Swim Dungannon pool 7am-8am
Friday- Swim Dungannon pool 6pm-7
Sunday- Cycle leaving from the Cornmill 7:30 am
Everyone is welcome to all training session’s. No matter what level you are at, all sessions are suited for everyone.
