Omagh Sprint Tri
Well done to Glenn Murphy yesterday racing in Omagh Tri the Lough. He was flying the solo flag for ITC and as always did us proud. This was Glenn’s second triathlon in 6 days with Belfast last Sunday morning. Training continues this week as normal with times posted on our website and Facebook. Everyone welcome as always.
