Great Start to the spring races

The spring races have already started and ITC are busy training and racing.  Dermot McCacbe placed third in the peatlands duathlon recently and four ITC members ran the green run a half marathon for local club Derrylaughan.  All four members had impressive times with Dermot McCabe first home out of the group with 1:24, Paul Hanna 1:42, Paul Higgins 1:44 and kevin Hagan 1:47.  Top times by all and a great start to the beginning of the season.
