Felix Tri Round 2
A busy week for ITC members, seen Paul Higgins racing Peatlands Park Duathlon on thursday evening. And 6 ITC members racing at the Felix Sprint Series Triathlon. Another brilliant race hosted by Dungannon Leisure Centre this Saturday morning. Thank you to all the marshals and volunteers that have made this Sprint Series possible for everyone. Looking forward till the next and final race in August. ITC hit the road this Sunday morning for a leisure cycle with a International cyclist, a members Brother-in-law is visiting from America. As always training continues this week and and everyone are welcome to come along to any session.
Monday- 6pm Dungannon pool swim session
Wednesday- 6.15pm track session Gortgonis
Thursday- 7am Swim session Dungannon pool. Open water Eskragh Lough 6:30pm
Friday 6pm Swim session Dungannon pool
Sunday 7.30am Cornmill Coalisland
