Ballyronan Tri and Cycle weekend
This Saturday Dermot McCabe competed in the lough Neagh Sprint tri and come away with a brilliant time. After a relaxing holiday he raced hard on Saturday and placed 80 out of 288. Gareth Donnelly Link NI owner was also racing on Saturday, Gareth had third fastest bike time and came in 50th overall.
Sunday morning seen 8 people head out for the Sunday cycle. The group headed to portadown, Armagh and back through Dungannon. The group split in Dungannon with 3 members heading back to Coalisland with the others heading to Pomeroy to do some hills. Great seeing Gareth and Mark out for the first time, hope to see you both next week. Picture is of Dermot at Ballyronan.
